Care works differently when your child is truly known

PEDIATRIC DIRECT PRIMARY CARE AGES 4+

Coming Soon to RISE!

Children today are growing up in a VERY different environment from even a generation ago.

Daily habits, sleep, nutrition, screen time, and stress all shape how they grow and feel, often showing up as patterns over time rather than one clear issue.

As a parent, you’re usually the first to notice those shifts, but it’s not always easy to know what they mean or what to do next.

Add the constant stream of online information, and it can quickly feel overwhelming. Not all of it is accurate, current, or relevant to your child.

Pediatric Direct Primary Care creates a more connected way to care for your child, with a provider you can reach, ask questions, and rely on for clear, up-to-date medical guidance.

It allows for more flexibility in how care is delivered, with fewer barriers to communication and follow-through, while giving your family a consistent place for trusted guidance and support as your child grows.

Learn More About What’s Included

  • You don’t have to spend time deciding if something is “worth” a visit.

If your child is sick, you can come in. If something feels off, you can come in. If it’s just time for a check-in, that’s welcome too. This gives you the freedom to stay on top of things without overthinking it.

  • Questions don’t always come up at the right time.

Sometimes it’s later in the evening. Sometimes it’s after a visit when something new comes to mind. Being able to reach out and get guidance from someone who already knows your child can make things feel a lot simpler.

  • There are often a lot of moving pieces in healthcare.

Referrals, follow-ups, forms, next steps… it can add up quickly. This model helps keep things organized and connected so you’re not left trying to manage it all on your own.

  • Sometimes you need a little more information.

    DNA Testing

    Gut Microbiome

    Bloodwork

When testing adds clarity, it’s available. These tools are used thoughtfully, based on what’s going on with your child, not as a default or a starting point.

  • Health is shaped by more than one thing.

April looks at how sleep, nutrition, activity, and daily routines all come together, along with medical care when needed. This lens helps build lifelong wellness, applying a holistic approach on the health of your child over time.

  • If supplements are part of your child’s plan, you’ll have access to trusted, high-quality options through FullScript, along with guidance on what makes sense. Your membership includes a 15% discount for added ease.

I’m so glad you found our practice, the first step to the care your child deserves

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Pediatric Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based approach to healthcare that gives families more direct access to their provider throughout the year.

Instead of billing insurance for each visit, families pay a monthly membership fee that includes routine care, sick visits, communication with their provider, and ongoing support as their child grows.

The goal is to create a more connected, consistent experience of care that feels easier to navigate for families.

  • RISE Pediatric Direct Primary Care is not billed through insurance.

Instead, care is provided through a monthly membership model. This allows for more flexibility in communication, scheduling, and follow-through without many of the limitations that can come with insurance-based billing.

Families are welcome to continue carrying and using insurance for things like specialist visits, imaging, medications, emergency care, or lab work run through insurance when applicable.

  • Pediatric Direct Primary Care at RISE will be available for children ages 4 and up.

  • The Initial Consultation gives us time to really get to know your child before ongoing care begins.

We’ll review medical history, talk through any current concerns, discuss routines and overall health, and make sure we have a clear understanding of your child’s needs moving forward. It also gives families a chance to ask questions and make sure the practice feels like the right fit.

This visit helps create a strong foundation for more connected, personalized care over time.

  • Integrative care means looking at the bigger picture of your child’s health.

Along with medical care, conversations may include things like sleep, nutrition, activity, stress, routines, and other factors that influence how kids grow and feel day to day.

The goal is to support long-term wellness in a practical, realistic way.

  • Parents often reach out with questions about symptoms, medications, school concerns, nutrition, illness, forms, follow-ups, or deciding if something needs to be seen in person.

One of the biggest benefits of this model is being able to ask questions as they come up instead of sitting with uncertainty.

  • One of the benefits of this model is having easier access when your child needs care.

Because the practice is membership-based and patient volume is intentionally limited, appointments are typically available much sooner than in many traditional office settings. The goal is to make it easier for families to be seen when concerns come up, rather than waiting days or weeks for an opening.

  • Pediatric Direct Primary Care is expected to open Summer 2026.
